Welcome to IFTL Blog

I FEEL THE LOVE PROJECT
I Feel the Love Project
One Year Anniversary
On June 1, 2011, I launched the I Feel the Love Project. The idea was that by coming together, we as crafters could help spread a little love, one card at a time, to those who are experiencing a personal crisis. I just hoped that someone would read by blog and respond. I thought it would be awesome if cards really came in the mail. To my surprise, we have received cards from 6 continents. How amazing is that? Each month a different individual, family, or group received our cards.

Today, June 1, 2012, The "I Feel the Love Project" has its own blog!  We will slowly transition all the posts to this blog, but for now we will continue to post on Funkycards.blogspot.com as well.

This month we are going to do things a little bit differently. Throughout the month of June we will be taking a look back at the 11 recipients we honored this past year.  At times this will be difficult as two of our recipients are no longer with us.

We will also be saying thank you to those of you who helped make this past year a big success. With the help of some wonderful and generous sponsors, we will have some fantastic thank you gifts to hand out.

So please stay tuned this month as we celebrate a year together. Tomorrow you will learn how you may become one of the recipients of our fabulous sponsors' gifts.

These are the wonderful sponsors who have agreed to donate a gift to our "Thank You" party.

Get ready to re-link a card that you have made for the "I Feel the Love Project."  You will learn all about what this means tomorrow!!  Until then.... have a great day.

  2. Congratulations Madison, you have worked hard at this! Hopefully my own health issues will stay in check this next year so that I can participate more. Do you have a button to subscribe by email-I do better with that than Google.
